I’ve been using the Soil Stats software for a while now. I just updated to the latest version and it now doesn’t let me use it without an “active subscription”. I however see no place on your website to subscribe. What’s going on here??
I have a trial program. I want to use it to create borehole logs and sections. I cannot load csv file or xlsx file. I tried to copy the data on your template. It mentioned error line 44, but nothing was wrong. How must i load data?
Hi Mike, you can open the example data saved in the SoilStats folder and familiarize yourself about the program functions. To enter your own data, please create an empty project and then enter the borehole data and associated soil and test information. You can also enter your field data into the field data xlsx file and import the xlsx data through Log->Import Data->Field_xlsx. Let me know if you still have questions.

Thks. To import my borehole data, can i copy paste it directly into your template? Or must i use python? I converted my csv files to xlsx, but program would see neither csv or xlsx? Mike
Michael, there are many ways to import your data: 1) you can directly copy paste your data into the SoilStats tables; 2) you can convert your data to the field data xlsx file format and then import the data; 3) a data map file can be created to directly import your csv data into the project. You don’t need to use Python for your importing. We can have a meeting to better understand your requirement.

PyPile adn QzPile do not start on Win 7 SP1 x64.
Error “The procedure entry point CreateDXGIFactory2 could not be located in the dynamic link library dxgi.dll.”
I couldn’t find a solution to this problem.
How to fix?
