    Hi,
I would like to know whether it is possible to write soil descriptions, and generally the text in drilling logs, in any language. This includes Hebrew, which is written from right to left, unlike most languages.

Hi Keng, yes, you can enter and display any language in SoilStats, including Hebrew and other right aligned languages. A customized log template will be required.

  2. Dmitrii

Greetings. I want to try SlopeMonitor for visualizing inclinometric observation data. I can’t find an example of the data format that the program needs.

    1. Yong

Hi Dmitrii, to visualize your inclinometer data with SlopeMonitor, 1) initialize a database file; 2) add projects; 3) add sites under a project; 4) add boreholes under a site; 5) add a slope inclinometer under a borehole; 6) import slope inclinometer data. Currently, it can import data with formats of RST Instruments, GEOKON, and Encardio Rite. If you have a different inclinometer brand, please let me know, I can add the new format into SlopeMonitor.

Tenía la versión anterior a la 1.4.0.0 y era gratuita, ahora me pide una licencia, lo uso de manera académica para la universidad ¿por que ahora me pide un pago?

    1. Yong

Hi Carlos, sorry for the inconvenience. Yes, the license has changed. SoilStats is still free for academic use. Can you please send over related information and document showing you are a university student or professor or researcher? Thanks.
